Coastguard Season 3 Episode release dates & where to watch

1. Episode 1

A helicopter is dispatched to save a skipper's life when strong winds and high tides threaten to push a yacht in to a harbour wall. And a surveillance team investigate a worrying sign of pollution.

2. Episode 2

After a tragic boat accident at Poole Harbour, Dorset, the lead investigator must assess CCTV, the vessel, expert witness statements and police reconstruction to bring justice for the casualty's family.

3. Episode 3

A serious incident occurs when a commercial fishing vessel runs right into a private fishing vessel. And in rough seas, word comes in that a fisherman has suffered an amputation of the leg.

4. Episode 4

After a fishing trawler in the North Sea sends out a distorted mayday, a helicopter crew must race to locate and save crew members afloat in dangerous, freezing waters.

5. Episode 5

A bodyboarder, dragged out to sea in extremely rough waters, clings on to an outcrop of rocks while the tide comes in fast. Tasking a lifeboat is far too great of a risk in treacherous conditions, so the helicopter crew is the only hope left for the stricken casualty - and there's no time to waste. And when a woman gets stuck in mud up to her thighs, Cleethorpes Coastguard Rescue Team get on the scene in minutes as the pressure of mud on the body can cause blood circulation to be cut off. And Coastguard Helicopter Rescue 936 is tasked to the Lake District after reports of a walker who has taken a fall while climbing a peak.

6. Episode 6

A death-defying rescue operation is mounted by Coastguard Helicopter Rescue 924 after a lone skipper in a stricken yacht is spotted in high seas and turbulent conditions.

7. Episode 7

The Coastguard responds when a child is stuck halfway down a cliff with nowhere to go. As the light fades fast and temperatures drop, the CRT must attempt a daring rescue to save the youngster from harm.

8. Episode 8 Finale

A scuba diver suffers from decompression sickness, which can be fatal unless treated quickly. It's a race against time to transfer the person to the mainland, 70 miles from the casualty's current location.
